Service Technicians, JENSEN Middle East
JENSEN Middle East is expanding !
The JENSEN-GROUP develops, manufactures, and delivers single machines and complete turn-key solutions to automate industrial laundries worldwide. Our Sales & Service Center in Dubai, UAE, is recruiting two Service Technicians to serve our customers in GCC.
You will be assigned with the following tasks:
- Installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial laundry equipment.
- Install, commission, analyse and repair mechanical, electrical and control faults, including hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Diagnosis and inspections of equipment.
- Preventative maintenance tasks.
- Prepare and maintain records and reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in (Electrical, Mechatronic or Mechanical) Engineering.
- Minimum two years’ experience as in an engineering or maintenance discipline.
- Mechanic experience with Heavy Duty laundry equipment is preferred but not a must.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, know how to read and understand diagrams and do troubleshooting.
- Ability to read, comprehend and transmit complicated detailed instructions in writing and orally.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to work long hours when required – understand that Customer comes first!
- Must be able to travel throughout region in periods up to 2-3 weeks at a time.
- Able to work independently with overseas distributors.
- English is company language and is a must both written and spoken – Arabic an advantage.
- Driving license is required, forklift and scissor lift license an advantage.
