In accordance with Article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major holdings in listed companies, JENSEN-GROUP NV announces that it has received a transparency notification dated June 24, 2024 from JENSEN Invest A/S. Following the ongoing share buyback program implemented by JENSEN-GROUP, JENSEN Invest A/S, the (de facto) controlling entity of JENSEN-GROUP, crossed the 45% threshold upwards
