Workwear

Heavy-duty laundries processing workwear need to process textiles of various colors with different sorting criteria based on the specific demands of their clients.

There is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to workwear laundries. Individual batches vary strongly in material and size, as both large corporations and small enterprises rely on textile care services for their workwear.

Taking care of professional workwear

Professional workwear has people covered for all situations at work: All kinds of shirts, uniform jackets and pants, overalls, military uniforms, reflective striping jackets and pants, safety vests, police and firefighter uniforms, and even flame-resistant jackets or pants. Professional garments ensure that their wearers are recognized, respected, and ultimately also protected.

Automated sorting process

Protection is also a key concern for the workers in the soil sort area. From pens to screwdrivers, thousands of forgotten objects are retrieved from pockets every day. This is a considerable danger for the operators who can get injured and the equipment that risks being seriously damaged. That’s why JENSEN, in co-operation with its partner Inwatec has automated this process by using robotics and AI. Contrary to a manual process, an automated process is more hygienic, more productive, and safer. Find out more on www.jensen-group.com/robotics.

In the finishing section, we have put together a dream team: Our energy-saving tunnel finisher considerably increases the processing time compared to other systems, and at the same time, keeps the energy costs low.
