Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build, support and nurture key customer relationships: personally advise our clients and achieve regional sales operational objectives in your territory.
- Assist customers in several key disciplines, including training on product features and benefits, revenue enhancement opportunities, and general technical support.
- Make recommendations on service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction.
- Growing a database of customers and integrating collected information into the ERP system; once collected, develop strategies to create growth in that market.
- Conduct research and market analysis to anticipate business needs.
- Attend conferences and exhibitions organized by the trade associations.
What You Bring:
- Relevant technical training with a proven track record.
- Experience managing major technical projects in the B2B sector, ideally in the laundry industry.
- A strong customer and service orientation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong self-organization and motivation.
- A keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
- Accessible to our office in Oxfordshire.
