In accordance with article 8:4 of the Royal Decree of 29 April 2019 implementing the Code of Companies and Associations, the JENSEN-GROUP NV informs that within the framework of the share buy-back program that was announced on March 10, 2022, the following transactions took place in the period from April 4, 2022 to April 8, 2022, on the NYSE Euronext Brussels stock exchange and this in accordance with the mandate given by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of May 18, 2021:
