    RailExpress is configurable for systems with the following requirements:
      -  12 sorting stations,
      -  2 loading MLA’s,
      -  20 storage lines with up to 12 bags per line,
      -  4 discharger locations,
      -  Empty Bag stacker and leveler.

  • User-friendly HMI controls.
  • Allows monitoring of sorting bins and storage lines.
  • RailExpress has retained all the essentials of production control. It is easy to arrange production based on standard call off sequences, and should the need arise, a supervisor can easily switch between selected sequences and adjust the steps of a sequence to ensure an optimal call-off mix.
