Manual sorting for Futurail systems

The best-suited sorting solution for compact laundries. Utilize the required hardware for the Futurail system to be your main source of sorting.

Points forts

  • Manual sorting solutions for Futurail systems allow for laundries to sort and utilize rail systems in compact areas.
  • No extra hardware is required for a functioning sorting and rail system.
  • Simple sorting solution that gives compact laundries a competitive edge.

Manual sorting for compact laundries

  • Manual sorting can be a laundry's entire sorting solution or an add-on to improve the overall function of the Futurail sorting solution. For compact laundries, manual sorting is the best option.
  • Manual sorting essentially allows for operators to sort directly into a bag located on the MLA (Motorized Lifting Aid).
  • A stainless steel chute provides sorting operators a wide opening to help guide linen and eliminate spillage when sorting. The MLA features a weighing device directly on the frame to know when the bag is filled to the required weight. Once the desired weight is met, the bag is immediately lifted up into the rail system for storage.

HMI for Category & Customer selection

  • Manual sorting solutions are provided with an HMI (Human Machine Interface) to allow sorting operators to manually input the load into the Futurail Rail Explorer Software.
  • You can choose from a pre-loaded database, the customer and/or category of the batch being loaded onto the system.
  • Load cells/weighing modules on the frame of the MLA (Motorized Lifting Aid) can add the weight of the batch directly into the Futurail software system to pass the load information along to the rest of the laundry for optimized processing.
