In accordance with Article 6 of the law of 2 May 2007 relating to the publication of major shareholdings in listed companies, JENSEN-GROUP received following notification:
A notification by KBC Asset Management N.V. informing that on August 29, 2018 it holds 373,533 of the shares of JENSEN-GROUP N.V. compared to 393,285 shares disclosed in the previous notification of March 8, 2017. As a result, the threshold is crossed downwards the statutory 5%. We repeat that JENSEN-GROUP NV has 7.818.999 shares.
