Succession Chairman of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of JENSEN-GROUP NV has appointed YquitY bv, represented by Mr. Rudy Provoost, as its new Chairman, succeeding Mr. Raf Decaluwé who retired and who elected not to renew his mandate. The Board of Directors would like to express its sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Decaluwé for his highly valued contribution to the development and success of the JENSEN-GROUP during his 18 years’ tenure as Chairman. Mr. Provoost, who joined the Board in November last year, is the former CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rexel in France, and a former senior officer of Royal Philips in the Netherlands, where he was a member of the Board of Management, and successively served as the CEO of Philips Consumer Electronics and Philips Lighting. Mr. Provoost is currently a Board member at Randstad, Elia Group and Vlerick Business School.
