No sorting platform required

  • Regardless of ceiling height, you can have an automated sorting and rail system.
  • For the TransSorts, no sorting platform is required for sorting! Sorting operators can work more comfortably from floor level, where the goods can be sorted via conveyor or carts.
  • The TransSort is a cost-effective solution for your laundry sorting needs.

The modular design can allow for an addition of bins to grow with your laundry

  • Quickly sort laundry from carts and save valuable floor space.
  • With quick cycle times, the TransSort bins can immediately unload and be transferred into Futurail bags.

Asymmetric, ergonomic and self-stacking sling design

  • The bags hang from one sturdy four-wheeled trolley, and the extra wide 800mm bag opening naturally faces forward due to the asymmetric design. As a result, more of the opening of the bag is presented to operator, making it easier to insert linen into the bag.
  • Additionally, thanks to this tilted-opening design, when empty bags are in the storage area, they automatically collapse on themselves, completely eliminating the need for additional bag stacking modules.

High sorting productivity with excellent sorting accuracy

  • Large chute opening to accommodate a large sorting capacity.
  • The TransSort comes in three different sizes to accommodate the load of your laundry.
  • The larger the load, the larger the opening. TransSorts can also be paired with a couple of options, such as large displays to help operators see the category, customer, and weight of the sorting bin, as well as light frames to help count the number of articles entering into the bin.
