Jensen holds 51% of the share capital and 99% of the voting rights in JF Tenura Aps. The Jørn Munch Jensen and Lise Munch Jensen Family Trust, of which Mrs. Anne Munch Jensen and Mrs. Karine Munk Finser are the ultimate beneficial owners, holds the other 49% of the shares in JF Tenura Aps.
